Project overview: An ongoing contract,working with AG Coombs to provide air conditioning maintenance and services for National Australia Bank (NAB). Being a financial institution, our team conforms to a high level of security and OH&S requirements. The contract covers NAB’s large CBD building, which houses the main ATM Server System, as well as 47 NAB sites across the Perth Metro and South West region. Contract also includes a priority one breakdown response with 1 hour response time
- Computer Room AC (CRAC) with Liebert Precision Cooling
- Cooling towers
- Exhaust and Supply Air Systems
- BMS controls Range of AC units including Package, Ducted Split System, Hi Wall Split System andVRV units.
Outcomes:
All works carried out on time, in budget and in conformance to Australian Standard maintenance requirements
