Project Overview: A local government contract that involved working with asset management department and covered more than 30 spotlight sites. Contract included water treatment service and BMS control maintenance, as well as a priority one breakdown response with 1 hour response time.
Maintenance and service performed on:
- Administration building with two large Trane air-cooled chillers.
- Evaporative cooler
- Exhaust and Supply Air Systems
- BMS control maintenance.
- Range of AC units including Package, Ducted Split System, Hi Wall and VRV units.
- AHU’s and VAV’s
Outcomes:
All works carried out on time, in budget and in conformance to Australian Standard maintenance requirements.
