Australian HVAC Services have completed several complex and time-sensitive projects within the Graylands facility; works have included chiller set replacement in two buildings, central plant upgrade, BMS controls integration, DX package AC plant upgrade under the instruction of Wood & Grieve Engineers.
All works have been completed within what is a sensitive type of works environment with due consideration to the client’s requirements and expectations. All project works completed within the prescribed budget provision, on time and in good order.
All works completed in a staged work program to ensure that the patient’s conditions maintained at the desired temperature at all times.
