Project Overview: An ongoing local government contract that involved working with EMRC facility and asset manager and covered a large administration building and the specialised Red hill waste disposal facility.
Maintenance and service performed on:
- AC units including Package, Ducted Split System and Hi-Wall Split System AC units
- Exhaust and Supply Air Systems
- BMS control systems
Outcomes:
All works carried out on time, in budget and in conformance to Australian Standard maintenance requirements.
